About The Position
Welcome to Gordon Food Service! We are excited that you are thinking about opportunities with us, and we have an amazing story to share. Picture yourself as a yard switch with Gordon Food Service! You will be a key part of our operations team as you set up, prepare, move, and manage inbound and outbound trailers to support the unloading and loading of products at the distribution center. You’ll be using a yard truck to fuel and stage empty trailers and will need a CDL A license in order to do so.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Class A CDL License
- Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
- Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
Nice To Haves
- Experience In Yard Switching - Highly preferred
Responsibilities
