CDL Truck Driver
About The Position
The team of CDL drivers at Wegmans help to make timely and efficient deliveries to our stores. As a driver with Wegmans, you will operate top-of-the-line equipment, including driver comforts and the latest safety technology available! Earn competitive pay with first year drivers earning an average of $65,000-70,000. Enjoy predictive scheduling with scheduled shift start times and no overnight stays. Make it home every day by driving local/regional routes only! Receive complimentary uniforms, including work boots and cold weather gear.
Requirements
- CDL- A license
- 1+ years of driving experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Clean driver’s abstract
- No moving violations in the last 3 years
- No reckless driving or drug or alcohol convictions in the last 7 years
- Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records (pursuant to DOT).
