Requirements

Valid CDL with a clean driving record
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Positive attitude with a focus on quality and customer service
Physical mobility to safely handle equipment and materials
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Commitment to compliance and safety standards
Applicants must be able to meet and maintain insurable driving status and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

Safely transport farm equipment and related materials to customer locations assigned
Communicate effectively with sales, service teams, and customers regarding delivery schedules and updates
Maintain accurate records and logs for pickups and deliveries
Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies, keeping all required certifications and documentation up to date
Assist with loading/unloading equipment, including lifting up to 60 pounds
Manage work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to equipment-related odors
