About The Position

Waste Connections is hiring an experienced, safety-minded CDL Truck Driver to service residential routes from its Whitesboro, Texas yard. Drivers start and end their shifts at the same location, perform timely pickups and deliveries, and operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load and unload materials and containers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:00 a.m. start and approximately 50–60 hours per week. The role includes communicating with dispatchers and customers and conducting daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. The position pays $25.00–$27.00 per hour, plus overtime, and offers a $5,000 stay-on bonus. Requirements

Class A or Class B CDL with air brakes.
At least 1 year of CDL driving experience.
Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and a safety-first mindset.
Ability to lift more than 75 pounds, climb in and out of a truck, and work outdoors in all conditions.
