About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking motivated individuals to join our CDL Truck Driver Trainee program. This program offers the unique opportunity to get paid while attending CDL school, with your tuition fully covered. Upon successful completion of the training, you will have a guaranteed driving position with Kwik Trip. We are a family-owned, Midwest company operating since 1965, dedicated to serving our guests and coworkers with an award-winning culture. This role involves assisting with unloading products, placing them in designated store areas, and working independently in various weather conditions.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old to be a Delivery Assistant
- At least 21 years old to be a CDL Driver Trainee
- Excellent driving record in accordance with Kwik Trip’s driving matrix
- Ability to meet DOT requirements upon the completion of training which include, but are not limited to a DOT drug screen and DOT physical
- Willing to sign contract to enter Kwik Trip’s CDL Tuition Reimbursement Program
- Commitment to accept a driving position with Kwik Trip upon completion of apprenticeship
- Must live within 60 miles/60 minutes of Eyota, MN.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with unloading up to 30,000 pounds of product at Kwik Trip Stores
- Placing products in the correct location (cooler, freezer, backroom)
- Working with minimal supervision, in a safety-conscious environment, and in a variety of weather/temperature conditions
