About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled CDL Truck Drivers – Regional to join one of our valued client partners. This opportunity is designed for professional drivers seeking dependable weekly home time, consistent freight, and established routes throughout the Eastern Mid-Atlantic region. This position is ideal for safety-focused drivers who value predictable operations, strong earning potential, and modern equipment while supporting a dedicated fleet environment. The CDL Truck Driver – Regional will support dedicated transportation operations while maintaining safe, efficient, and timely delivery performance. Drivers will operate throughout the Eastern Mid-Atlantic region while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Minimum three months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
Safe driving history and commitment to DOT compliance.
Ability to support overnight driving schedules.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Stable employment history.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Previous experience operating regional routes.
Experience with dedicated fleet operations.
Experience handling no-touch freight.
Familiarity with Mid-Atlantic driving routes.
Strong customer service and professionalism.
Ability to perform efficiently with minimal supervision.
Excellent safety awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Safely transport freight while maintaining delivery schedules and customer expectations.
Operate throughout North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the Washington, D.C. region.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and transportation documentation.
Follow DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
Maintain professionalism throughout all transportation activities.
Support dedicated fleet operations.
Handle all no-touch freight.
Average approximately ten loads per week.
Operate 53-foot trailers utilizing automatic transmission equipment.
Support overnight operations when required.
Deliver freight safely while maintaining high service standards.
