The CDL-A Driver (OTR) will support nationwide transportation operations by safely transporting primarily refrigerated, no-touch freight while maintaining exceptional customer service and full DOT compliance. Drivers will operate late-model Freightliner tractors equipped with automatic transmissions while delivering freight efficiently and safely.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Minimum three months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
Safe driving history with commitment to DOT compliance.
Ability to support extended over-the-road assignments.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Stable employment history.
U.S.-based citizens only. No exceptions.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Safely transport freight while meeting scheduled delivery commitments.
Operate over-the-road routes while adhering to DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations personnel.
Represent the company with professionalism during customer interactions.
Ensure cargo security while maintaining delivery schedules.
Transport primarily refrigerated no-touch freight.
Operate Freightliner tractors that are three years old or newer.
Pull modern 53-foot trailers equipped with automatic transmissions.
Complete over-the-road assignments lasting approximately two to three weeks.
Support safe, efficient, and timely freight movement.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance concerns promptly.
