About The Position

Locke Supply Co is seeking motivated individuals with a desire to build a career and high character to join their team. This person must live in the Oklahoma City, OK metro area. With a 100-acre complex in Oklahoma City, supplying over 190 locations, Locke is a premium supplier in Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC markets.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Must pass a D.O.T Physical and Drug Test.
Desire to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Valid CDL license.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass a post-offer, physical job duty test through WorkSTEPS.

Responsibilities

Complete daily trip log via ELD software and submit reports of mileage covered at the end of day.
Manage regional routes covering Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas.
Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately.
Manage routes and routines for maximum efficiency.
Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel, to benefit the business.
Serve as an ambassador in every interaction with Locke Supply Co customers.
Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.
Comply with all DOT and Locke Supply Co rules and regulations.
Assist in loading and unloading of product.
Perform other duties as assigned.
