About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tree Removal Equipment Operator with CDL certification to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting tree removal operations and safely operating a grapple truck to transport debris and materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tree removal and trimming
- Grapple truck operating experience required
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
- MVR must be current
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Strong understanding of safety practices in tree care and equipment operation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to perform demanding labor as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience with chainsaws and other tree removal equipment
- Prior work in landscaping, forestry, or utility line clearance
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
Responsibilities
- Perform tree removal services in a safe and efficient manner
- Operate a grapple truck to load, transport, and unload tree debris
- Assist with cutting, clearing, and cleanup of trees and limbs
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during operations
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule
