The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role serves as a leader and mentor to frontline employees, including cashiers, shuttle drivers, valet attendants, and customer service representatives. The Supervisor is accountable for maintaining safe, efficient, and seamless facility operations, resolving customer concerns, supporting team performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards. The Supervisor acts as a primary point of contact between frontline employees and management, providing guidance, coaching, and operational support while maintaining WallyPark’s commitment to outstanding service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Card) required, or ability to obtain one within a specified period of employment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any company-required driving qualifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Associate degree or relevant coursework in business, hospitality, transportation, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Parking, transportation, hospitality, airport, valet, or related operational experience preferred.
  • Experience managing employee performance, scheduling, and customer service escalations preferred.
  • Experience operating commercial passenger vehicles or shuttle buses is preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate company shuttle buses as well as a variety of customer vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of frontline employees.
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing feedback to team members.
  • Monitor employee performance and address performance concerns as needed.
  • Lead by example through professionalism, customer service excellence, and adherence to company policies.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and productive workplace culture.
  • Ensure all customers receive exceptional service and hospitality.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor facility operations to ensure smooth traffic flow and operational efficiency.
  • Support entry and exit operations during peak business periods.
  • Oversee payment handling, transaction processing, and revenue-control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company standards.
  • Assist with shuttle, valet, and parking operations when needed to support business demands.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and address operational issues promptly.
  • Respond to equipment malfunctions and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Determine and manage traffic flow during equipment failures, emergencies, or construction.
  • Safely operate company shuttle buses as needed to support operational demands, employee coverage, and customer service needs.
  • Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations, company transportation policies, and safe-driving standards.
  • Monitor service levels and operational performance metrics.
  • Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and operational leadership.
  • Utilize reservation systems, parking software, reporting platforms, and communication tools to manage daily operations.
  • Complete and review daily operational reports, incident reports, and shift documentation.
  • Communicate operational updates and ensure information is effectively shared between shifts.
  • Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and operational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and facility initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support operational success.
