About The Position
This is a CDL-A Trainee/Student Truck Driver Job Opportunity. This position is part of an apprenticeship program designed to train individuals to become qualified truck drivers.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-D/A in the state of residence
- Age 18 and over
- Able to pass a DOT physical examination and drug screening
- Able to pass a road test or clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Twelve (12) points or less on Xcelente Trucking & Logistics Training Center Evaluations System as pertains to accidents, incidents and moving violations
- No DUI or DWI conviction in a commercial motor vehicle or in a personal vehicle in the last eight (8) years
- Must not have DOT Drug Alcohol Violation within past 3 years
- Have the right to work and live in the United States
- No BACs, DUIs, DWIs or license suspensions for moving violations in the past three years
- Ability to meet work attendance and availability requirements and all applicable legal and DOT regulations to drive a commercial truck in the United States
- Ability to pass all applicable FMCSA certification class testing and requirements
