About The Position

The CDL Shuttle Drivers are key to our growing business. This is a client facing role, transporting clients in transit buses. For all new employees, Innovative Transportation Solutions offers all paid classroom and hands-on training needed to be successful. Housing and meals are included at no charge.

Requirements

Maintain a Class A, B or C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Airbrakes and Passenger Endorsement.
Must be a minimum of 23 years of age.
Have and maintain a clean driving record
Pass a pre-employment and random drug tests
Pass a federal background check
Speak fluent English
Ensure excellent customer service
Must undergo a pre-employment drug test and physical by a company appointed physician/facility and receive clearance.
Shuttle driving: 2 years (Required)
Air Brake Endorsement (Required)
Passenger Endorsement (Required)
CDL A or B (Required)

Responsibilities

Ensure that “World Class Service” is provided to customers and provide “hands on” assistance and information to customers of The Driver Provider that utilize company services.
Safely transport clients to their destinations in a timely and professional manner.
Follow traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers.
Provide top-notch service and ensure that passengers have a comfortable journey.
Learn and adhere to designated routes.
Work varied shifts
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Arrive at each designated location at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled trip
Greet clients in a warm and welcoming manner
Communicate respectfully and effectively with clients
