About The Position

US Foods is seeking a CDL Shuttle Driver to join their team. The primary function of this position is to safely drive tractor trailers containing various products to and from remote dispatch sites. This role may also involve performing duties of a Backhaul or Delivery Driver. Requirements

• Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
• 6 months commercial driving experience required
• Doubles endorsement required
• Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 6 months driving with doubles endorsements preferred
• Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
• Must be comfortable working overnight

• Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection
