About The Position

US Foods is seeking a CDL Shuttle Driver to join their team. The primary function of this position is to safely drive tractor trailers containing various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, dry goods, etc.) to and from remote dispatch sites. The company is a leading foodservice distributor with a culture of promoting from within and excellent training programs. This role offers an average pay of over $30 an hour with a schedule of Sunday - Thursday, starting around 7 pm until done, with potential for overtime on Fridays. Requirements

Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
6 months commercial driving experience required
Doubles endorsement required
Must be comfortable working overnight
Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.
