About The Position

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time CDL Shuttle Bus Driver in Lithia Springs, Georgia. This position is responsible for transporting workers to and from construction job sites as scheduled or required. The role involves planning and managing timely transport schedules for work shift changes and meal periods, performing multiple transports daily, and maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned vehicles. Additionally, the driver will provide on-site logistics support, including material handling, tool organization, and general site maintenance, while complying with all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a Passenger (P) Endorsement
Ability to work overtime
High level of punctuality and reliability performance
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Ability to follow company vehicle and safety procedures and policies
Ability to pass drug/alcohol tests as required
Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test, background check, and MVR check.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

2-5 years CDL driver passenger transport experience preferred
