About The Position
BLOSSMAN GAS & APPLIANCE, INC is seeking qualified applicants for the position of CDL Route Driver at our Cleveland, GA branch location. This position is available due to continued growth. We are a growing company seeking dedicated route drivers to join our team. Drivers will be working daily serving customers in the White County, GA area. Blossman Gas is the largest independent propane company in America with more than 85 locations. CDL Route Sales professionals are responsible for the safe, timely delivery of propane on established routes to commercial and residential customers. This position is ideal for someone with prior propane delivery or route sales experience who enjoys driving locally. Our company has an established teamwork culture, so we seek someone motivated and desiring to grow professionally over time. The position requires customer service skills, occasional on-call duty, and being a contributing member of a team work environment while championing Blossman's core line of products and services. Driving and delivering in all-weather conditions is routine. A strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy, is a must. Regular bending, lifting, and pulling are associated with this job.
Requirements
- Valid CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements within 60 days of hire.
- Clean driving record.
- Prior propane delivery or route sales experience.
- Strong mechanical experience.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
