About The Position
Waste Connections is hiring a CDL Permit Driver in Richwoods, Missouri. The company provides the truck and training to help employees advance their careers as CDL drivers and pays for CDL schooling. Applicants must obtain a CDL permit before their first day, but do not need one before applying. The pay range is $18–$21 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with an occasional Saturday, and a 6 a.m. start time.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a commercial permit before the start date.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle on designated routes.
- Pick up and transport waste and recycling materials.
- Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Report any issues or concerns to management.
