CDL Operator/Driver
About The Position
Get hired onto our Emergency Response team and receive a $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! This is a full-time position with the ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays. While you'll be home most evenings and weekends, occasional travel is required. The role involves driving and operating various commercial motor vehicles for scheduled or emergency response projects, performing hands-on work with tools, and maintaining a safe work environment in accordance with OSHA requirements. Light maintenance of tools and equipment is also part of the responsibilities.
Requirements
- Class A or B CDL with ability to obtain tanker endorsement
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Three (3) years of heavy equipment operation, general labor or construction experience
- HAZMAT endorsement
Responsibilities
- Drive and operate a variety of commercial motor vehicles for scheduled or emergency response projects
- Perform various hands-on work using hand and power tools
- Work in a safe and healthy manner in accordance with established safety and OSHA requirements
- Care for and perform light maintenance of tools and equipment to maintain their proper operation
