About The Position

Carvana is seeking a CDL A Local Driver in Tolleson. This position offers competitive weekly pay with bonus opportunities, and drivers are home daily after each route. The company provides fully paid, top-tier training for operating 9-car haulers, even for those without prior car-hauling experience. Drivers will be responsible for moving cars between production facilities and delivery hubs to ensure safe and timely delivery of customer vehicles. The role emphasizes predictable schedules with quarterly bids and pay differentials for night routes.

Requirements

• Valid CDL driver's license with Med Card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• 6 months of tractor trailer in last 3 years or equivalent Military experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance
• Loading and securing vehicles on our 9 car haulers
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining driver log
• Transporting vehicles between Carvana locations
• Must adhere to the delivery schedule
• Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of our customer cars
• Communicate with transportation team
