About The Position

Requirements

• At least 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Recent experience operating manual transmission.
• Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements: Tanker, Hazmat, Doubles/Triples.
• TWIC card (required in some areas).
• Must be 21+.
• Must be able to pass a background check, DOT physical, drug test, and driving test.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to perform the following physical behaviors repetitively throughout a shift: standing, walking, handling, reaching horizontally, and grasping firmly.
• Must be able to perform the following physical behaviors frequently throughout a shift: reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 75-100 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Transport fuel to Maverik stores.
• Operate a Class A CDL vehicle with required endorsements.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Work outside in all types of weather conditions.
