About The Position

As a CDL Equipment Operator, you will support our Baranko Environmental team by safely transporting materials, equipment, and environmental waste to and from job sites. You will also operate skid steers, loaders, and excavators as needed to support cleanup, material handling, and site restoration activities.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with tanker endorsement is preferred.
• Experience operating skid steers, loaders, or excavators preferred.
• Willingness to learn and perform a combination of truck driving, equipment operation, and hands-on fieldwork.
• Good understanding of load securement and weight limits.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine drug test and comply with drug and alcohol policies during employment.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers and straight trucks on active job sites and public roads.
• Operate skid steers, loaders, and excavators to support environmental operations.
• Perform pre and post shift inspections on trucks and equipment.
• Check fluid levels, perform routine service, and report maintenance needs.
• Properly secure loads and follow applicable weight limits.
• Follow company policies, operating procedures, and applicable safety rules.
• Assist with general labor and other job site duties as needed.
