About The Position

Installed Building Solutions - Insulation Contractor is seeking a CDL Dump Truck Driver. This role involves operating a dump truck and a flatbed with a Moffett forklift to transport and deliver materials. The driver will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, safely operating vehicles, adhering to traffic laws, maintaining records, and communicating with dispatchers. Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating specific types of trucks (Class B); Class A not needed for this position.
• Proven experience operating roll-off trucks, dump trucks, or similar heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and loading/unloading procedures.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dump truck and a flatbed w/Moffett forklift to transport and deliver materials to designated locations.
• Load and unload heavy equipment and materials using forklifts or other appropriate machinery.
• Safely operate dump trucks to transport and dispose of materials as required.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely delivery of goods.
• Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in proper working order.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Communicate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.
