About The Position

Rolfson Oil is hiring experienced CDL Fuel Transport Drivers and Winch Truck Drivers to support our growing operations in West Texas. This posting is for consideration for participation in a special hiring event on June 30, 2026, where selected candidates may have the opportunity to interview with hiring managers.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with endorsements for Tank Vehicle "N" and Hazardous Materials "H" required for Fuel Transport Drivers
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL hazmat driving experience & bulk tanker liquid hauling experience
• Winch Truck Drivers must have 2 years of winch experience
• Must be at least 25 years old
• Safe driving history, with no major MVR or PSP violations in the last 5 years
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen
• Proficient in writing and speaking English

Responsibilities

• Safely transport fuel, equipment, and materials to customer locations
• Complete required paperwork and delivery documentation accurately and on time
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials safely
• Operate pumps, valves, hoses, winches, and related equipment as required
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
