About The Position

Adams and Associates is seeking a Temporary CDL Driver & Facilities Champion to join their community. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with youth, enjoys a dynamic mix of responsibilities, and wants a stable role where their work directly impacts students' daily success. The position involves splitting time between student mentorship and keeping facilities pristine, including providing safe transportation for students, performing preventative maintenance and repairs, coordinating fleet maintenance, and acting as a mentor and positive role model.

Requirements

• A valid, in-State Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a clean driving record that meets company insurability guidelines.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.

• Previous experience working with youth.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb, walk, and stay active on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation for students.
• Take charge of preventative maintenance and repair work for the facility and grounds.
• Keep the fleet in top-tier shape by coordinating and documenting regular preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Act as a mentor and positive role model, showing mutual respect and holding youth accountable to elevate their career success standards.
