Requirements

Valid CDL Class A with airbrake endorsement and current DOT medical card.
Clean driving record, and no major moving violations, including drug or alcohol offenses.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Meet the required norms on aptitude tests.
Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds, stand, bend, and crouch throughout an 8-hour shift.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Commitment to acquiring industry-specific knowledge and displaying a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

HAZMAT endorsement.
Familiarity with electronic Hours of Service logging applications.
OSHA 30-hour preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Basic mechanical skills.
Good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Making deliveries with various commercial motor vehicles (semi-tractor, straight truck, pick-up truck + trailer), truck-mounted forklifts, and loading trucks and trailers.
Material handling, staging, and loading trailers for pick-up.
Following safety regulations at all times, including using hearing, hand, knee, and foot safety equipment.
