About The Position

USA DeBusk is seeking a CDL-Driver to operate vacuum and pneumatic equipment in refinery or heavy industrial settings. This role is more physical than a standard "drop & hook" job, and the company offers training to become a vacuum operator, which involves working with pressure, vacuum, controlling valves, and handling hoses. No prior vacuum pneumatic experience is required. A sign-on bonus of $2,000.00 is offered, paid in installments upon completion of 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year of service. The company is looking for individuals with a valid Class A CDL and a strong work ethic, emphasizing growth and valuing their drivers.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
Must be 21 years of age per DOT requirement for interstate operation.
1 year experience with CDL.
TWIC card (or ability to obtain one).
US Passport (or ability to obtain one).
Willing to work overnight & weekends as needed.
Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and be physically capable of handling awkward bending, kneeling, or twisting positions.
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Lifting/Carrying hoses up to 50 lbs. in weight.

Responsibilities

Operate vacuum pneumatic equipment in refinery/plant environments.
Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to PPE (personal protective equipment).
Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial settings.
Adhere strictly to DOT and company safety protocols.
Maintain accurate daily logs and paperwork, including pre & post trip inspections of vehicles & equipment.
Travel to job sites as needed (local and regional work!)
