CDL Driver - 2nd/3rd Shift

About The Position

We’re looking for a high-character, dependable road warrior who takes pride in doing things right, showing up every day, and being a crucial part of a tight-knit, high-performing team. This is a full-time driver position with a 4 PM start time, requiring 10-12 hour shifts and the flexibility to work one Saturday a month, with additional Saturdays always available.

Requirements

Valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record.
2 years CDL Driving Experience
Reliable, respectful, and ready to work.
Willingness to help with loading and be part of a bigger mission.
Comfortable with some on-call expectations.
Looking to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve—on time, every time.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crew.
Take care of your truck like it’s your own—clean, fueled, and safe.
Ensure DOT compliance and safety.
Check loads, secure them, and double-check them.
Bring good energy to work every day.
