Long-standing, family-owned, agricultural construction company is seeking top notch drivers to join our team. We move material and equipment via side dumps, belly dumps, low boys, and flat beds to various job sites in central and eastern Washington. Requirements

Must hold required Class A CDL and a current Medical card.
Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations.
Clean driving record to be insurable under our company policy.
Able to pass a drug screen, as we do pre-employment and random testing.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working as CDL driver preferred.
Good communication skills.
Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rural areas and all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Driving on county roads, to rural areas, and at remote locations in all types of challenging weather and driving conditions, especially during the winter.
Efficiently navigate to job sites.
Secure and verify loads.
Maintain driver logs and other paperwork.
Load & unload materials and equipment.
Work with customers to meet and exceed their expectations.
