About The Position

As a CDL Driver with Mauser Packaging Solutions Private Fleet, you are the final link in our customer service chain. Mauser Packaging Solutions is a global leader in solutions and services across the packaging lifecycle, providing packaging worldwide to companies in industries from food, personal care, paints, and chemicals. This is a Monday-Friday regional/local route position where you will be home daily. We offer a driver-friendly environment with a quarterly safety bonus, potential for up to $2,000 for an accident/violation-free year, sign-on bonuses up to $3,500, and referral bonuses. You will also receive paid vacation and holidays, competitive benefits, pay, and overtime past 40 hours. On a typical day, you will be in your vehicle, driving, scheduling, routing, and managing your daily activities, acting as your own boss. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
At least 23 years old.
Minimum 1-year on the road experience.
Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds.
Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration.
No more than 1 DOT recordable accident in the last 3 years.
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
No DUIs in the last 5 years.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Must be able to comply with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.).
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work any shift and work time as needed.
Must be able to maintain an acceptable attendance record.

Nice To Haves

A Hazardous Materials Endorsement on CDL is preferred but not required.
