About The Position

IPC is hiring a dependable, high-character CDL Driver for a part-time or full-time position, with work available up to 70 hours per week. The role involves 10–12-hour day shifts, with hours negotiable, and some on-call expectations. The driver represents IPC during deliveries and pickups, builds positive customer relationships, communicates with dispatch and crew members, and helps ensure customers receive their products and service on time. The driver is responsible for maintaining a clean, fueled, and safe truck; complying with DOT requirements and safety practices; and checking and securing loads. The role also involves helping with loading and contributing to a respectful, supportive team culture. Requirements

Valid CDL-A license.
At least 2 years of CDL driving experience.
Safe driving record.
Dependable, respectful, and ready to work independently.
Willingness to help with loading and get dirty when needed.
Comfort with some on-call expectations.
