About The Position

Katsam Property Services/Gettier Commercial is hiring for CDL Drivers to support our growing property maintenance operations. This is a local, route-based job where drivers are part of the field team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and a team-first attitude, and be willing to assist on-site. This is not just a driving job; while driving is the primary duty, it also involves hands-on, physical, and team-oriented tasks.

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class A or B)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to meet DOT requirements
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor environments
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Experience with roll-off or dump trucks
• Skid loader or heavy equipment experience
• Background in property maintenance or construction

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple truck types: sweeper, dump, trash, roll-off, and vacuum trucks
• Service local commercial properties (shopping centers, HOAs, office parks)
• Load, transport, and dump roll-off containers
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all DOT safety regulations
• Assist field crews on-site
• Operate skid loaders and equipment (or willingness to learn)
• Help maintain yard operations including debris separation
