About The Position

This role involves operating medium-size trucks, such as stake trucks (excluding pickup trucks), to transport various materials, merchandise, equipment, and personnel within an industrial area. The position requires loading and unloading trucks, either manually or with mechanical aids like hoists, pumps, lifts, or winches. The driver will also be responsible for performing minor mechanical adjustments to the vehicle. This position is not for long-haul operators, helpers, driver-salespeople, or operators receiving commissions, zone rates, incentive pay, or hazardous premium rates, nor does it generally involve off-the-road driving.

Requirements

High School/GED and 2 years of additional education and/or experience
Valid truck operators permit

Responsibilities
