About The Position

Kawasaki Rail Car Lincoln, Inc. seeks a full-time CDL Driver for its Rail Car manufacturing facility in Lincoln, NE. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to follow directions, and possess self-motivation. This role requires CDL Certification and at least six months of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle before and after trips
• Load and unload cargo safely, properly secure materials to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel consumption and cargo details
• Plan routes to ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate effectively with appropriate people about schedules, delivery status, delays or issues
