About The Position

Atlantic Health System is seeking a CDL Driver for Atlantic Ambulance in Livingston to cover full time shifts. Ensures day to day transportation services for Atlantic Health are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

CDL Driver
Full Time
Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule and available for overtime, special events and Holidays as needed by the department
Must be in full Uniform including a visible ID badge, key peg and maintain a professional appearance
Vehicles are to be cleaned inside and out daily, fueled after each shift, and all required equipment is in vehicle
Oil and all fluid levels must be checked before the shift and Rig Check Sheets are to be completed and turned in daily
Swipes in and out on time
Is on time for routine scheduled stops
Completes tasks and assignments in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
Work closely with other Drivers and communicates as needed to ensure a timely, efficient service
Adheres to all Atlantic Health and Atlantic Ambulance Policy and Procedures
Completes all required training and maintains all required certifications and licenses
It is the responsibility of the employee to keep all DOT Physical appointments and NJ Driver's License requirements up to date.
Contributes to a team environment
Must attend all Transportation staff meetings

Responsibilities

Demonstrates good customer service skills, and respect to all riders, including handling grievances professionally.
