About The Position

As a CDL Driver, you’re more than a driver — you’re the face of our company and a vital link in delivering the agronomy products that keep farms, businesses, and communities moving. Your dedication to safety, reliability, and service directly supports our customers’ success and fuels our company’s growth. Tired of working weekends? Our drivers are not required to work weekends! Tired of the overnights? We pay a stipend for those that work overnights (very few required)! How about a sign on bonus? For the right, qualified individual, we will pay a $3000 sign on bonus!

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid CDL.
Valid medical card and satisfactory driving record.
Ability to work extended hours as business needs require.
Physical ability to lift 51–70 lbs. and work in outdoor environments, including extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Safely operate single, tandem, or multi-axle trucks to deliver and pick up agronomy products.
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Load and unload products using forklifts or by hand, ensuring proper weight distribution and DOT compliance.
Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, delivery slips, and required documentation.
Follow preventative maintenance programs and keep equipment clean and professional.
