About The Position

Kawasaki Rail Car Lincoln, Inc. seeks a full-time CDL Driver for our Rail Car manufacturing facility in Lincoln, NE. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment, demonstrate the ability to follow directions, and be self-motivated. Candidates with six months of experience in CDL certification are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• CDL Certified for a minimum of 6 months.

• Manufacturing / Production experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle before and after trips.
• Load and unload cargo safely, properly secure materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel consumption and cargo details.
• Plan routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with appropriate people about schedules, delivery status, delays or issues.
