About The Position

Conklin Metal Industries is looking for a safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to join our Birmingham team. If you take pride in your driving, enjoy staying active, and want a stable Monday-Friday schedule with overtime opportunities, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Ability to safely load, unload, and secure freight
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly (heavier items with assistance/equipment)
• Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-minded

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver HVAC and sheet metal products to customers throughout the region
• Load, unload, and secure freight
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately
• Operate safely while following all DOT and company regulations
• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery
• Assist with general truck care and cleanliness
