CDL Driver (Fulltime of Part-Time)

About The Position
This role involves the transportation of lumber and building materials to residential construction sites. The driver will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, operating a forklift and truck-mounted Moffett, and ensuring the safe operation of the vehicle. Daily inspections and paperwork completion are also key aspects of the job.
Requirements
- Class A or B CDL license
- 2+ years driving experience with clean MVR record
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Nice To Haves
- Previous driving experience in lumber and building material industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Load truck, transport lumber and building materials to residential construction site, and unload building materials
- Safely operate forklift and truck-mounted Moffett
- Inspect truck for safety issues daily
- Determine if any parts are malfunctioning
- Complete job tickets, service quality summaries, and all other necessary paperwork
- Local deliveries
