About The Position

We are looking for a high-character, dependable CDL driver who takes pride in doing things right, showing up every day, and being a crucial part of a tight-knit, high-performing team. This is a Full-Time position with 10-12 hour days, Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays. The Day Shift starts at 3 AM. We are seeking individuals who know their way around a rig and people, lead with respect, have a get-it-done attitude, and want to work somewhere they are known by name. Dry van experience is required, and flatbed and walking floor experience is helpful. Experience in any job that taught discipline, hustle, and respect is valued.

Requirements

Valid CDL (Class A)
Safe driving record
2 years of CDL driving experience
Reliable, respectful, and ready to work
Willingness to help with loading and be part of a bigger mission
Comfortable with some on-call expectations

Nice To Haves

Flatbed experience
Walking floor experience

Responsibilities

Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
Build relationships with customers and ensure they receive the service and product they deserve—on time, every time.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with the dispatch team and crew.
Take care of the truck—keep it clean, fueled, and safe.
Ensure DOT compliance and safety.
Check and secure loads properly.
Bring good energy to work every day, fostering a supportive and trusting team environment.
Speak up when something is wrong and help fix it or ask for help when needed.
