The company is seeking a CDL Driver with Dump Truck experience for a position in Pass Christian, MS. This non-exempt role reports to a Foreman and involves operating various trucks and tractors to move equipment or materials. The position requires compliance with company and client job site safety requirements and does not offer per diem.
Requirements
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Must have Dump Truck operation experience
- Pre-employment qualification test/federal written driving test
- Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
- Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

- One (1) to four (4) years of experience in specified skill
Responsibilities
- Operates various trucks/tractors which are used to move equipment or other materials.
- Reads and signs off on JSA prior to starting shift.
- Moves hand and foot levers to control operating equipment.
- Interprets hand signals to determine where materials are to be placed.
- Inspects each load before pulling it to assure it will be safe in transit.
- May be required to manipulate equipment on un-level working surfaces.
- Performs daily inspection such as checking oil, fluids, and tire pressure.
- Reports any unsatisfactory findings to the foreman.
- Observes speed limit posted and yields to pedestrians.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Performs additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
