About The Position
Waste Connections is hiring a CDL Driver to join our team in Natchitoches. We’re hiring safety-focused Class A or B drivers to operate waste collection trucks and provide top-tier service to our communities. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $20-22 per hour, based on experience, with weekly pay. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half ($30/hour) for anything over 40 hours a week. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays, typically from 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., totaling 50-55 hours weekly.
Requirements
- Class A or B Commercial Drivers License
- Excellent customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of Commercial experience preferred
