CDL Driver with Moffett Operations-Seasonal
About The Position
We are hiring a safety-focused CDL Driver for our busy season. This is a seasonal position with full-time hours, ideal for drivers who want consistent work during peak months. There may be opportunities for top performers to be considered for future seasons or permanent roles based on business needs. This is a local driving position, meaning you’ll be home daily while delivering materials to customer job sites. What You’ll Do Safely operate a tractor-trailer on local routes Load and unload materials using a Moffett (truck-mounted forklift) Deliver products to residential and commercial job sites, including uneven terrain Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and equipment Mount and dismount Moffett equipment from trailer safely Follow DOT regulations and all safety policies Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, or issues Provide professional, courteous service to customers Moffett Equipment Responsibilities Operate Moffett safely in tight spaces and active job sites Inspect equipment before and after use Ensure proper load balance and safe material handling Work in outdoor environments with varying terrain and conditions What We’re Looking For Valid CDL license and current Medical Card Clean driving record At least 1 year of CDL driving experience Moffett or forklift experience preferred (training available) Ability to pass background and Clearinghouse checks Ability to lift 45–60 lbs and perform physical work Strong attention to safety and detail Good communication and customer service skills Work Environment Local deliveries with daily home time Outdoor work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold) Job sites may include uneven terrain, construction areas, and yard environments Why Join Us? Requirements
- Valid CDL license and current Medical Card
- Clean driving record
