Currently hiring a CDL Driver to deliver and unload finished products, parts and materials to our customer locations. This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties. Seventy-five (75%) percent of all work activities are performed inside the cab of the commercial vehicle. The remainder of work activities is performed outdoors and in a warehouse setting. May require overnight travel.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- Valid Class A or Class B driver’s license.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record.
- Ability to meet State and Federal transportation and medical requirements to operate a three (3) axle vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and unload finished products, parts and materials to customer locations.
- Safely operate a tractor trailer combination locally.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting 50 lbs. during physically loading/unloading of trucks.
- Provide excellent customer service as a company ambassador and build relationships with customers.
- Assist in the warehouse as needed.
- Read, write and understand English Language, as well as use navigation software.
- Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.
