About The Position

Style Crest is seeking a dependable CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team in Talladega AL. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including picking orders, loading trucks, receiving materials. This person may provide CDL A driver replacement in times of need. This person must be able to operate a manual transmission and have no automatic restrictions. Style Crest has a 50-year tradition of growth and innovation in the building products industry. Requirements

Must have proper drivers CDL A license and meet all DOT driver requirements.
Must be able to operate a manual transmission. No automatic restrictions.
Customer service skills.
Forklift experience.
Warehouse experience.
RF guns and barcode labels.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift 100lbs.
Ability to understand and read English.

Responsibilities

Order fulfillment – pulls orders for delivery
Loads trucks for deliveries
Handles customer pick ups
Drives company CDL A truck for deliveries to customers when required by management
Unload inbound product materials receiving and monitors all damages/shortages/overages and completes all required paperwork accurately, timely.
Properly receiving shipments and putting away materials
Assists in inventory and cycle counts
Cleans warehouse and practices good housekeeping at all times
Certified to and drives forklift and powered equipment for loading and unloading on time and putting away materials
Works with Lead Warehouse person and traffic to route and properly load all trucks
All other duties as assigned by management
