CDL Driver / Sign Installer
About The Position

Our signs are commitments, symbols of our customers' identity, and they only shine because of the skilled technicians who install and service them with pride and precision. This role is full-time and hourly, with the opportunity for steady overtime. This job is hands-on, physical, and outdoors. You'll work on lifts, rooftops, ladders, and trucks. You'll install cool signs, fix busted lights, chase down outages, and make sure our customers stay visible and vibrant. Every job is different. Everyday matters. And your work literally shapes the skyline.
Requirements
- A valid commercial driver's license and 5 months of CDL driving experience
- A reliable work ethic
- Comfortable with heights, ladders, and physical labor
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as a team
Nice To Haves
- Some MIG welding experience
- Electrical knowledge
Responsibilities
- Drive and operate sign trucks
- Help install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs and lighting
- Read drawings, review job specs, and follow codes to get it right the first time
- Load your truck with tools, materials, and equipment to minimize return trips
- Communicate clearly with the office, your crew, and the customer
- Use checklists, document your work, and take pride in a job well done
