About The Position

EmployBridge is seeking a CDL Driver Recruiter in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves changing lives one day at a time by finding great people to work. The recruiter will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, conduct interviews, build a candidate pipeline, and manage the onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s. The goal is to impact order fulfillment by finding the right people for great opportunities.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Experience working with CDL Drivers and recruiting CDL Drivers
• High volume recruiting a plus
• Bilinguals are encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
