About The Position

AmeriLux Transportation, LLC is looking for CDL Drivers to match our tremendous Customer Growth!!! Are you a road-warrior looking to stay out on the road racking up the miles? Do you enjoy seeing new things and visiting with new customers every day? Our OTR role is operating throughout the Midwest running freight with a length of haul 350+ miles, with possible opportunities to expand even farther. In this role, drivers would be out 3-5 nights a week and allowed to get home for a 34-hour reset at home, the best of both worlds! This position offers steady, consistent & predictable customer base with consistent customer freight, very few brokered loads. Drivers will experience personal communication with no dispatch hold music, operate late model tractors (age of fleet <36 months), and can expect to drive 2,500 – 3,500 miles per week with 99.9% No Touch freight. AmeriLux is a family-owned business that is committed to doing right by our drivers. Drivers will be home every other weekend.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL required
Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience- including some flatbed work, 3 years work history
Safe Driving Record
Must have a DOT physical on file, pass substance abuse screening, pre-employment, and random checks.
Ability to work well with other team members.
Ability to commit to continuous safety improvement.
