About The Position

S&L Industrial is looking for experienced CDL Driver / Operators to join their growing team. This role involves working outdoors, operating heavy equipment, and improving roadway safety. S&L Industrial provides traffic control and pavement marking services throughout Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, and Idaho. They emphasize quality work, employee safety, and integrity. S&L Industrial is part of Road Safety Services (RSS), a leading national provider of pavement marking and traffic control services.

Requirements

• Class A CDL required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel, work nights, weekends, overtime, and varying schedules as needed.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pavement marking, traffic control, roadway construction, or heavy equipment operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A CDL trucks and pavement marking equipment.
• Assist with roadway striping and pavement marking operations.
• Set up and maintain traffic control for roadway construction projects.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trucks and equipment.
• Support the crew in completing projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
