CDL Driver/Maintenance Employee
About The Position
Transteck, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver/Maintenance employee for its Freightliner of New Stanton heavy duty truck dealership. This role is not for freight hauling. The primary duties involve picking up and delivering trucks for repairs, collecting parts, road testing vehicles post-repair, and performing general shop maintenance. Transteck is one of the largest Freightliner dealers in the North East with 14 locations and 4 body shops, boasting over 200 trained technicians and a substantial parts inventory. They emphasize providing state-of-the-art facilities, training, and equipment, while maintaining a personal touch across their locations from Pittsburgh to New Jersey, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
Requirements
- Must have a valid CDL
- Must be registered in the national drug and alcohol clearinghouse
- Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Solid work history
- Clean driving record
- Excellent customer service
