About The Position

The Commercial Driver III operates a company truck to deliver goods and services to a varied customer base. The role also performs general warehouse duties, including stocking and retrieving packages and bulk containers, operating material-handling equipment, and maintaining general housekeeping. The position requires vehicle inspections, accurate vehicle and shipping records, and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

Requirements

At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
Valid driver’s license with Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
Doubles, Haz-Mat, and Tanker endorsements, or willingness to obtain them.
Forklift experience; certification will be provided on the job.
Ability to work overtime during busy seasons.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience using digital systems to maintain vehicle logs, shipping documentation, and regulatory records accurately.
Comfort using mobile devices, warehouse technology, and transportation management tools.
Willingness to adopt new technologies, including AI-powered productivity tools such as Copilot.
Professional personal appearance when serving customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Drive and operate a company truck to deliver goods and services to customers.
Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
Operate a manual pallet jack with pallets weighing up to 3,200 pounds.
Stock and retrieve packages and bulk containers.
Ensure shipments have proper shipping documents and that no product enters or leaves the warehouse without necessary paperwork.
Perform vehicle safety inspections.
Maintain mileage and fuel logs for vehicles.
Meet regulatory and safety requirements.
Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
